Just as all of us in the Mid-Atlantic finished defrosting from January’s polar vortex, Staten Island Chuck’s Groundhog Day prediction indicated we’d have an early spring!

I’m very much hoping that Punxsutawney Phil is just too close to the Midwest to see the spring in his sights. I’m so ready for warmer sweater weather.

In preparation for Valentine’s Day and the final weeks of winter, enjoy this cozy warmup mini mix. My fireplace is decorative only, so I’ll be blasting these while cuddled up with some mulled wine.
