Graduation season is winding down for university grads and starting up for grade schoolers soon, so I thought it would be a good idea to feature the dress Hilary Duff recently wore under her gown to give a commencement speech at Northeastern University, held in Fenway Park!
The dress is a dijon mustard gold number by Tibi featuring a very intriguing hoop stucture on the waist.
I love that Hilary quoted the Lizzie McGuires scene about being an outfit repeater in her caption about serving as a keynote speaker for the undergraduate graduation ceremony.
