About two weeks ago, I saw this van parked on West 38th street in Midtown when I got out of work. First I saw the scary face on the back doors and then I saw the cute yellow bird on the left side of the van.

The van belongs to K&M Camera on Broadway. Below the company name is a signature that reads “URBANIMAL,” which is the name of a Danish-Italian graffiti artist that does trucks, vans, and canvas art.

I definitely like the left side of the van way better than the creepy eyed character on the back doors. I can’t tell if the bird’s yellow feathers are the objects surrounding the eyes and mouth on the back of the van, but I do like the dark water droplets around the bird.
