Come summer, the world will be anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Duchess of Cambridge and Kim Kardashian’s baby. Regardless of which one you may perceive to be more special, these two infants will be getting loads of attention from the moment they come out of the wombs of Kate Middleton and Kim Kardashian.

Both babies are due in July, and British bookmakers give the odds of 50/1 that they might even be born on the same day. Yes, I’m sure anyone would be stoked to find out that their baby might be born on the same day as the Duchess of Cambridge’s, but this would put Kim at a disadvantage. Baby Kardashian would be robbed of all the publicity. After all, Kanye West, the father of Kim’s baby, is most definitely not His Royal Highness. If the babies are born within a two week gap of one another, publicity for both newborns won’t be a problem.

UK celebrity psychic Jayne Wallace predicts that Kim will have a baby boy. Kanye really wants a boy, so this prediction is great news for him. For Kim? Not so much. Keep in mind, though, that these are just predictions. The royal couple plan to keep the baby’s gender a secret, so we won’t know anything until he or she is born.

Pregnancy is taking its toll on the Duchess. She was hospitalized in December for Hyperemesis Gravidarum, also known as an extreme case of morning sickness. She was released soon enough to appear at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards in London on December 16. There she showed off her lovely baby bump and presented two awards. Kate is expected to appear for the second time since the world learned of her pregnancy on February 19 at the women’s rehabilitation facility Hope House. She is a patron to the facility’s Action on Addiction Program. During her visit, the Duchess will meet with clients and staff.

Although Kim Kardashian doesn’t seem to be having any complications with her pregnancy, rumors are spreading about her ending up a single mom in the future. Kanye recently went to Abu Dhabi for a concert and told Kim not to go with him because of safety issues. It is possible that Kanye just wants some time away from his baby momma.
