It’s so hot in NYC this week, but Bella Hadid isn’t letting that dictate her wardrobe.

She rocked an edgy ensemble on Monday with a blue polka dot shirt dress, chunky combat boots and a rivet belt.

Anyone who has the guts to wear boots in New York City summer weather is a real bad ass. I can’t even handle wearing sneakers sometimes when it’s hot out.

I guess the slits on the shirt dress are enough to give Bella some ventilation in this NYC heat.
